Warming up tracks

It is recommended to warm up with a trainer/roller. In the start area, space will be allocated for placing tents and warm-up/organization complexes. Tent placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. It will also be possible to warm up on Road 90, near the start point.

It is recommended to warm-up on the hotels way in the section between Ofira Park and Toronto Square. The road will be closed to motorized vehicle traffic starting at 5:00 a.m. Arrival by motorized vehicle to the assembly and start complex only through the city, from the south.
There may be movement of organizer vehicles, referees, and escort vehicles on the road – please be alert.

Participant kits distribution will be opened at SOLEIL hotel, Eilat, between the hours of 16:00 and 22:00.

The race secretariat will be open at 10:00 for kits distribution in SOLEIL hotel, Eilat, and close at 18:30.

The race secretariat in Ofira Park will open for signatures at 05:00 and close at 06:45.
Each competitor must arrive and sign his name before the start.

Each cyclist will receive a participant kit that will include:
1. 1. Envelope containing: 2 back numbers including safety pins, chassis number, handcuffs and measurement chip.
2. 2. Finisher designed shirt (T-shirt).
3 .Cycling shirt (Jersey) for riders who purchased with additional payment only.
1. Bag with various gifts for the participants of the event. Details of the contents of the bag will be posted on the website and media channels before the event.
2. 5. A numbered bag for sending warm clothing.

In the Time Trial on Friday 16/12/22 – only one number must be pinned in the center of the lower back.
At the Gran Fondo Eilat on Saturday 17/12/22 – The two back numbers must be attached with the safety pins to the two back shirt pockets.
The chassis number must be affixed to the saddle bar, under the seat, so that the number is visible on both sides.
The numbers will be used by the participants both on Friday and Saturday. No need to return them.

The measurement chip is received for a deposit (NIS 200 in cash, driver’s license or ID card).

The deposit will be returned to the participants at the end of the event with the return of the chip, at the measurement chips station, which will be located in Ofira Park. Pay attention to the signage of the chip return point.

Participants who would like to send warm clothing to Neot Smadar (cadets and Women Juniors) / Netafim (all others), will be given the numbered bag they received in the participant’s bag containing their warm clothing to be used on the way down / back to Eilat, by Friday 12/16/22 at 6:30 p.m. at the registration point in SOLEIL hotel.
